Conditions for Refunds:

  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all documentation.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  5. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed in the original currency of the order.
